chore: .gitignore에 DB 덤프(*.dmp) 및 백업.txt 추가

- 20260616_full.dmp 등 Oracle expdp 풀덤프가 추적되던 문제 방지
- 백업.txt(덤프 명령 DBA 메모)도 저장소 제외
